Jur. dr. (2000), associate professor (2002), with the Faculty of Law, Uppsala University. Doctoral thesis on Swedish tax policy and foreign base companies (Iustus förlag, Uppsala, 2000). Second monograph on Direct taxation in relation to the freedom of establishment and the free movement of capital (Kluwer Law International, The Hague, 2005). He has also written a textbook on international tax law (Internationell beskattning, Studentlitteratur, Lund, 2005).

He teaches general tax law and international tax law. Chief editor of Sweden’s largest tax periodical, Skattenytt.
