EQUIS Accreditation

As the first and only Austrian university the WU received the international EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) accreditation. EQUIS is an internationally recognized accreditation system offered by the European Foundation of Management (EFMD). With this, the WU officially belongs to only four EQUIS accredited business universities in the German-speaking world and is the largest public university in the European Union to be accredited by EQUIS.
