Vedomosti Scholarships
WU is awarding 6 partial scholarships for
selected specializations of Professional MBA program, offered by the WU
Executive Academy in Vienna, Austria.
Two partial scholarships each are offered for the following MBA programs:
- Professional MBA Energy Management (total tuition fee: 45,000€, for scholars: 22,500€)
- Professional MBA Finance (total tuition fee: 30,000€, for scholars: 15,000€)
- Professional MBA Marketing & Sales (total tuition fee: 28,000€, for scholars: 14,000€)
The total value of the partial scholarships offered amounts to 103,000€
Vedomosti Scholarship - Admission Criteria

Vedomosti Scholarship - Application Requirements
Professional MBA applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Undergraduate degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Vedomosti Scholarship – Application
If you want to apply for the Professional MBA Scholarship, please request your application form at vedomosti@wu.ac.at.
You will need the following to complete the application:
- Copy of university diploma in original language
- Official transcripts of university grades (in English or German)
- Curriculum Vitae
- Recent digital photograph
- 2 letters of recommendation: one from your direct supervisor, another one from a person of your choice (no subordinates)
- Company and/or sponsor letter (where applicable)
- Clear copy of valid passport
Originals of supporting documents must be presented during the final interview session.
Application Deadline
Application deadline for the Vedomosti scholarships is May 15, 2012.
After the application deadline, Vedomosti and the WU Executive Academy will jointly nominate the Vedomosti scholarships candidates, who will be invited to a personal interview with a jury, consisting of the dean of the WU Executive Academy and senior representatives of Vedomosti. The interviews will take place in Moscow in early June 2012.
The scholars will be officially announced in Vedomosti on June 18, 2012.
